Obrazna krema, ki je povzročila solzenje oči in pekoč občutek, ob opozorilu kupke, da ima z očmi določene težave, ter ob zagotovilu prodajalke, da je krema primerna za občutljivo kožo in da zagotovo ne bo povzročila težav, ima stvarno napako, saj nima lastnosti, ki so potrebne za običajno rabo. Hkrati krema nima lastnosti in odlik, ki so bile (molče) dogovorjene. Ker so se težave pokazale šele po (Slovenian)
