Welcome to the EU Product Liability Judgments Database Proof of Concept

This is the Proof of Concept (POC) version of the EU Product Liability Judgments Database.

The EU Product Liability Judgments Database is designed to provide transparent, reliable, and interoperable access to court judgments related to product liability across the European Union. This initiative supports the objectives of the revised Directive (EU) 2024/2853 (Product Liability Directive, PLD), which modernises liability rules to reflect the realities of digital and AI-enabled products, strengthens evidence disclosure mechanisms, and ensures legal certainty for consumers and businesses.
