Sporne so uveljavljene napake na stavbnem pohištvu. Gre za zunanja okna in vrata za eno hišo, naročena v „paketu“, po določenem vzorcu, očitno s ciljem, da so po obliki in materialu enotna in v tem smislu skladna celota, pri takem naročilu pa je pogodbeni cilj dosežen z dobavo celotnega predmeta pogodbe skladno z naročilom, od potrošnika pa ni mogoče zahtevati, da bi pri pogodbi vztrajal kljub nei (Slovenian)
