Potrošnik pa je upravičen pričakovati zlasti, da je treba upoštevati predstavitev izdelka glede na njegovo namembnost, predvidljivost uporabe izdelka na razumen način, ter čas, ko je bil izdelek dan v promet. I. Pritožba se zavrne in se potrdi sodba sodišča prve stopnje. II.
