Dokazno breme za obstoj napake na proizvodu je na strani tožeče stranke. I. Pritožba se zavrne in se sodba sodišča prve stopnje potrdi. II. Tožeča stranka sama krije svoje pritožbene stroške, mora pa toženima strankama nerazdelno povrniti njune stroške za odgovor na pritožbo v znesku 2.539,16 EUR v roku 15 dni od prejema sodbe sodišča druge stopnje, v primeru zamude pa skupaj z zakonskimi zamudnim (Slovenian)
