Vrednost stvari brez okvare in vrednost stvari z okvaro sta vrednosti, ki se ugotavljata po objektivnih merilih, in sicer praviloma po pošteni tržni vrednosti. Če tržne vrednosti stvari z okvaro ni mogoče ugotoviti, ker za takšno stvar ne obstajajo ustrezne tržne razmere, je treba ugotoviti hipotetično vrednost stvari z napako, in sicer z uporabo drugih metod izračunavanja vrednosti stvari in temu (Slovenian)
